Self-aggrandizing and oblivious to celebrity activists’ overweening refusal to acknowledge themselves as harbingers of the most insidious new brand of socioeconomic imperialism?
Most certainly.

I have said in this space many times that celebrity couples are the way a decadent society expresses themselves. So too in the case of the walking thesis against the existence of white people, the coupling of Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds.
